From professional athletes to fitness experts
I started my professional career as a fitness & health expert during my time as a professional handball player. After winning several titles in Germany and Europe with THW Kiel and later Wacker Thun, I worked as a personal trainer in various health clubs and as a rehabilitation trainer in a physiotherapy practice.
The advantages of my philosophy of functional training have been proven time and again during my time as a professional athlete as well as in my professional career as a personal trainer. That is why my main focus is on bodyweight-training. So it is not only applicable everywhere for you, but you also get a better connection to your body again.
Fun and success are used equally in my trainings - this way the motivation increases and you stay tuned!
As a personal trainer I can now experience every day how people feel better again, accomplish their fitness goals and become more self-confident. My special focus is on the individual personality. No matter if you are an active athlete yourself, just starting to workout again or are in need of a rehab-training – I want you to feel good, have fun in your training and be optimally motivated.
Overlooking Zurich – or rather at your home?
BeCoached Loft / Praxis 51
You are looking for a special workout location? Then let’s train together in the wonderful BeCoached Loft. If the weather is fine, the roof terrace with its fantastic view overlooking Zurich invites you to an extensive workout. This makes training even more fun. The gym itself is located on the 6th floor with a great view and especially designed for personal training. Showers, towel service, shower gel and shampoo are of course included in the service.
Massage Therapy is newly offered at Praxis 51 in Kreis 4 (Zeughausstrasse 51). A nice atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the moment.
Train where you want
You prefer to train somewhere else? Whether at home, in the garden or in the park next door – the main thing is that you feel comfortable. Within Zurich and in the quickly accessible outskirts I am variable in the choice of the training location and like to follow your wishes.
If you train with me in the BeCoached Loft you can enjoy the free towel service, shower gel and shampoo.
