All services provided by L5ive Health & Performance GmbH are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Business, unless these have been amended or supplemented by written agreements

1. General Terms and Conditions

The services offered on this website are intended to promote health as well as general performance improvement and are not to be considered therapy.

2. Prices and terms of payment

Subscriptions or individual bookings of the services offered on the website L5ive.ch (Personal Training, EMS Training, Massage Therapy etc.) are to be paid directly on site, at the latest 10 days after receipt of the invoice.

3. Liability and insurance

The liability for damages of any kind in connection with the offered services is excluded. Insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Employees of L5ive Health & Performance GmbH are fully insured by L5ive Health & Performance GmbH.

4. Conclusion of contract

The contract for a Personal Training, EMS Training or Massage Therapy subscription is legally binding when checked and mutually signed. The General Terms and Conditions of L5ive Health & Performance GmbH are thereby acknowledged.

5. Cancellation of appointments

The customer has the right to withdraw from a booked appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Otherwise the booked service will be charged in full. L5ive Health & Performance GmbH reserves the right to cancel appointments at short notice in urgent cases.

6. Miscellaneous

Repayment of current or expired subscriptions or vouchers is generally excluded. If a subscription can no longer be used due to illness or accident (show medical certificate), the appointments can be taken at a later date or transferred to another person.

7. Place of jurisdiction

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
